With continuous lighting you can see  where the shadows and reflections and make adjustment to lighting positions.
This twin head kit is complete with 8 low energy bulbs, stand and two 50cm x 70cm softboxes with diffusor cover which fit to the bulb holders.
Each bulb holder takes 4 bulbs and can switch pairs on or off.
