Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete the order.
Payment is handled securely online by our payment provider, and we do not have visibility of your card details.
If you have made a mistake in your order please contact us straight away and we will correct the mistake before the order is shipped.
When confirmation of your order is received, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.
We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in case a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently mis-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
All measurements are indicative and subject to change without notice. If you are buying a product and are relying on a specific measurement, please contact us in advance to confirm the exact details.
Shipping rates listed on our site are correct as quoted to us by our service provider. These rates will vary from time to time. In some cases, locations can be classed as ‘remote’ and these attract a higher delivery cost. In some cases, delivery service will not be available. We reserve the right to cancel any order where a delivery service is not available or is charged at a higher rate by our service provider.
Special offers and discounts are subject to stock availability and are subject to change without notice. Any goods that are returned that formed part of an offer or discount will be refunded/credited, and a new invoice will be issued for the remaining goods at full price.
Delivery & Collection
How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Orders received by 11.30am are normally processed the same working day.
Postage and packing costs are calculated at the checkout. If you live in mainland UK, then standard shipping is free. This is an economy service, and shipping times will be between 2-3 working days. Our 2.7m vinyl rolls take between 2-5 working days.
If you require quicker delivery, please select Courier as the delivery option at the checkout. This is normally a next working day service but is not guaranteed, and delays can occur if our couriers are experiencing peaks in demand. Shipping will normally take 1 working day except for our 2.7m vinyl, please call before ordering if you have a deadline.
Can you deliver to the EU or Northern Ireland?
We have suspended shipping to EU locations and Northern Ireland. We apologise for the inconvenience and will review the situation as soon as possible.
Do I need to be in to sign for my delivery?
Normally, a signature is required for all our courier-delivered items. Couriers can leave your item with a neighbour, but they would require a signature. Some of our courier will give the option to have the delivery left in a safe place, this is at the customers risk is you choose this option.
Can I collect my order?
We can accept collections, but since we operate from a warehouse, we need to know in advance when and what you would like to collect. You can contact us on 03456 522 069. Please note that we need at least a couple of hours’ notice, and in some cases, we may not be able to accommodate a collection.
When can I collect?
Our normal working hours are Monday to Thursday, 8.30 am to 4 pm, and Friday, 8.30 am to 3 pm. You must contact us if you wish to collect. We can arrange collection outside these times with sufficient notice.
