How much does delivery cost and how long does it take ?

Orders received by 12 noon are normally processed the same working day.

Postage and packing costs are calculated at the checkout. If you live in mainland UK then standard shipping is free, this is an economy service and shipping times will be between 2-3 working days.

If you require a quicker delivery please select Courier as the delivery option at the checkout, this is normally a next day service but is not guaranteed and delays can occur if our couriers are experiencing peaks in demand. Shipping will be normally 1 working day.

The prices below are for mainland UK courier deliveries, for deliveries to remote locations (as determined by our courier) there are additional charges.

Small items ship with Royal Mail for £5.

Boxed items such as softboxes and stands, under 1.2m ship with our courier service for £6.99.

2m vinyl ship with our courier service for £9.99.

2.7m vinyl - these items have extened delivery times due to the size please contact us with you address if you need urgent requirement.

We aim to ship all orders placed by 12 noon during normal working days (Monday - Friday). During peak times, or for items that require custom preperation, this time will be extended.
Our couriers normally collect between 12 noon and 12.30pm.
Please contact us if your order is urgent.

Can you deliver to into the EU?

From 10th December 2020 we have suspended shipping to EU locations, we apologise for the inconvenience and will review the situation as soon as possible.


Do I need to be in to sign for my delivery?

Normally a signature is required for all our courier delivered items, you can opt to have the left with a neighbour.


Collection

Can I collect my order?

We can accept collection, but since we operate from a warehouse we do need to know in advance when and what you would like to collect. You can contact us on 03456 522 069, please note that we do need at least a couple of hours notice and in some cases we may not be able to accommodate a collection.

When can I collect?

Our normal working hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 4pm, Friday 8.30am to 3pm. You must contact us if you wish to collect. We can arrange collection outside these times with sufficient notice.
